Using a distributed access architecture (DAA) with DOCSIS 4.0, fiber expansion, and a whole-home Wi-Fi 7 solution, deployments are already underway in key markets with continued rollout planned across Mediacom’s Midwest and Southeast footprint.

AOI’s role in that roadmap is focused and operational: as the primary vendor supporting Mediacom’s upgrade across its legacy Gainmaker and Motorola system amplifier holdings, AOI is providing solutions from its Quantum Bandwidth portfolio including the Quantum18™ MB 1.8GHz Amplifier, Quantum18™ BLE 1.8GHz Line Extender, and QuantumLink™ remote management and monitoring software. Digicomm Supports DOCSIS 4.0 Supply Chain Readiness
