Klaus Alex Anselm, Ph.D.

Vice President, Semiconductor Products

Dr. Klaus Anselm is the Vice President of Semiconductor Products, having joined AOI in 1999. Previously, he led pioneering research in Molecular Beam Epitaxy at Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies.

Dr. Anselm has 23 U.S. patents and has authored more than 40 journal articles and conference papers. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.
