David Kuo is the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at AOI and has concurrently served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, and as Corporate Secretary. He previously held the roles of Assistant General Counsel and Asia Legal Manager.

David earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law and holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate from Baylor University.
